Providing our clients with accurate and reliable results in a fast and efficient manner is our primary goal. We provide audit support, record management, and educational training for every client. Training for employees includes one hour of training on the effects of alcohol misuse and one hour of training on the effects of drug abuse. In addition, company supervisors receive approximately one hour of training or more on the supervisor responsibilities for maintaining an effective drug and alcohol testing program in the workplace, in addition to the employee training. Because all employers are different, we must tailor the training to specific industries as needed.

Formal Requirements

Urine drug collection and evidential breath testing procedures through the Department of Transportation (DOT) as perscribed by 49 CFR Part 40 are strictly followed. That basically means we are able to conduct tests using devices like the Phoenix portable breath tester by LifeLoc Technologies, Inc.

The state of California Public Utilities Commision (CPUC) lists CM & Associates as a consultant for drug and alcohol testing programs.
